Being a woman is awesome! From our frames and shapes to our hair and hands, we are beautiful and wonderful. In everything that we are, we are blessed. As a female photographer, I enjoy celebrating this. Those lovely nuances and a mystique that cannot be so easily defined make us incredible. In everything the world can find weakness or vulnerability in, we can find strength. That’s a superpower.
It's Women's Self-Empowerment Week and, of course, we're empowered more than just the first full week of January. After all, where would the world be without women? Simple answer—nowhere. In every movement, you will find women breaking barriers and standing up for what they believe in. In every aspect of human life, you will find a woman holding down her position. If you think about it, women are truly remarkable. We are life-givers, nurturers, and power-players. Above all, we are game-changers who greatly impact the world. Here are a few quotes that articulately sum and exhibit all that is woman, and offers inspiration and empowerment to my fellow women and creatives.
